Alexander Djiku expresses worry following disorderly incidents during Fenerbache's triumph against Trabzonspor.

Ghanaian defender Alexander Djiku has responded following the pitch invasion by fans attacking players and officials at the conclusion of the match between Fenerbache and Trabzonspor. Djiku, who played a crucial role in the victory of the Turkish giants over Trabzonspor, had to flee for safety as stewards attempted to rescue players from the supporters amidst the chaos.

Nigerian defender Bright Osayi-Samuel was seen fending off an attacker, creating a surreal scene in an otherwise thrilling game. Djiku took to Instagram to express his concerns, emphasizing that safety on the pitch should never be compromised and condemning all forms of violence.

He called for a collective effort to address the issue of hooliganism in football, stressing the need for education and awareness among all stakeholders to combat this recurring problem.

Djiku questioned the motives behind such violent actions and urged for more effective measures to deter such behavior in the future. The defender also highlighted the importance of implementing appropriate sanctions and providing comprehensive training to prevent the escalation of violence in football.
